The Patieaux Chick Foundation is being built to create and restore outdoor sanctuary spaces in underserved communities, advancing the belief that access to beauty, green space, and intentional design is a fundamental component of mental wellness and community healing. We plan to partner with housing organizations, community nonprofits, and local leaders to build spaces where families can rest, gather, and thrive.
Founded by a Black woman and deeply rooted in the experiences of Black women and their communities, our work will address the intersection of green space equity, mental health, and cultural restoration, with an open door for all.
